Need to change something?
Contact us promptly with your order number and the change you need. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after preparation begins.
A problem with an item?
Send your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. An unboxing video can help, but is not required. We will review the issue under our returns policy.
Waiting for a refund?
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Use the refund reference provided in your update, or contact us with your order number.
