Change of mind and size selection
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges for an incorrectly chosen size are not offered. This does not exclude remedies for a defective item, an incorrect item, a material discrepancy from its description, or other rights under applicable law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact jainibeing@gmail.com promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. An unboxing video can help where available. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Do not send an item back without instructions. We cover any return shipping we require for an accepted defect or incorrect-item claim. A supplier claim deadline does not remove your statutory rights.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible. We can act before production begins; after printing starts, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. If we cancel because we cannot fulfill your order, we refund the amount paid.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We initiate the refund promptly and provide its reference. The payment provider and bank may take 7–10 working days to reflect a normal refund; timing varies by payment method. Contact us if it has not arrived after that period.
We do not deduct supplier or payment-processing fees from an accepted full refund for an item we could not fulfill or supplied incorrectly.
